The Community Barn is located at 201 S. Centennial Avenue. It is available to rent to individuals and groups seven days a week from April 1st to November 1st. Also located on the property is Memorial Park. The park has picnic tables, benches, and a small playground area for the kids to enjoy.
A deposit of $250.00 is due at the time the reservation is made. Providing the Barn is clean and there is no damage, the deposit will be returned after a thorough inspection has been made.
The rental fee is $100.00. The rental fee and deposit are due prior to the time the key is picked up from the city office.
